Who we are?

What is common for all of us?

Introduction Video

Company Culture

What it's like to work here?

  • Honesty and fairness is shown in how people treat each other. Joy is present in the atmosphere. Flexibility in everyday work.

  • The best part of working at SimAnalytics is that it is a small company. Thus, you know everyone and you get to grow with the company and learn from more experienced colleagues.

  • We share things openly with clients and own up to our mistakes when things happen. The same goes for day to day things.

Would you be our new colleague?

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes we do. We want to help people grow with us. Tell us a bit more about yourself, what you are interested in, what you have done before and what you would like to do in the future. Keep in mind that experience can also be gained, in addition to actual work, via your hobby projects or school. Don’t be afraid to mention if you have for example been coding on your free time or you built some apps via open source data etc.

  • No, just tell us what you are interested in and what you would like to do in the future. We will  consider you for all the positions that we think could be a great match for you based on what you have told us.

  • Currently no. We are expanding our team in Finland, so you would have to be located here. Also, we do not offer any immigration sponsorship or relocation packages to Finland at the moment. Within Finland it is okay to work from basically anywhere. Currently most of our people are located in the Helsinki region and Tampere.

  • Yes we do. Not everyone has to be technical and in the future we might need people also in other kind of roles, so let us know what you are interested in and we will check if we have something suitable!

  • Currently it is possible to work flexibly either on-site from our offices in Helsinki and Tampere or remotely from home. We believe that our people know where they are most effective and when they need to be present at a certain location. Therefore its up to our people to decide how much on-site or remote work they want to do. You can shape your schedule and be present for the things that matter to you in work and in life. Every once in a while we have get-togethers to meet our colleagues in person too.

  • We wish that we could speak with everyone and giver personalised feedback, but it is not always possible. Sometimes we have many good qualified candidates who match what we are looking for, so then we try to do our best assessment and choice based on all the information shared with us compared to all other candidates.

  • Just like working here, it's open, caring and relaxed. The first meeting is usually more of a relaxed conversation to check if our thoughts and interests align while you get to hear more about us as a company. The second meeting will then be diving more deep into your skills and knowledge and depending on the position, it might also involve taking a test, making a presentation or a small task. During the interview process you get to meet with individuals on the current team. It’s important to us that you and the team have every opportunity to ask the questions needed to make sure the position is right for you.

  • We are always looking for talented people to join our team. These training programs can be interesting if your skills, background and interests match our current needs and the content of the training program is relevant for us. Sometimes it can be of an added value to participate in this training program, so you can always send us an application and tell us a bit more about you. The recruitment process is the same whether you are participating in this type of program or not.

  • Yes we do. Since we are a growing start-up, we have new roles and needs every now and then, some of which we did not even know before we got an open application that matched perfectly. And even if we would not have at the moment anything suitable, the first place to look for possible new colleagues is our recruitment system when we start hiring.
