What we do
Our advanced monitoring software, Factory Harmonizer (FH), combines process data flow, systems thinking, and automated machine learning in a unique way to improve production efficiency. Our customers are process industry operators with complex production processes.
As of January 2023 we are a part of Kemira Oyj, a global leader in sustainable chemical solutions for water intensive industries.
We are looking for a Thesis worker
We are seeking a highly motivated thesis worker for a pivotal project aimed at revamping our customer experience. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating a comprehensive customer journey map that delineates our current customer interactions and proposes an optimized future state.
Location: Helsinki or Tampere, Finland (hybrid work possible)
Duration: Autumn 2024 (Project Development), Spring 2025 (Thesis Writing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research and analysis to map the current customer journey.
- Identify key pain points and areas for improvement in the customer interaction lifecycle.
- Design a proposed ideal customer journey and develop strategic recommendations for achieving these enhancements.
- Produce key project documentation and materials in English.
- Collaborate with various teams of customers and our employees to gather insights and validate proposals.
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a relevant graduate program.
- Proficiency in both Finnish and English.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer journey mapping is highly advantageous.
