By combining real-time process data with automated machine learning, Factory Harmonizer helps process industry experts enhance efficiency, stability, and sustainability in their production.
Today, we’re a team of 29, primarily developers and data specialists, working to push the boundaries of industrial analytics. Since January 2023, we’ve been part of Kemira Oyj, a global leader in sustainable chemical solutions for water-intensive industries. With ambitious growth goals ahead, we’re looking for talented individuals to join our Business Development team and help drive our success.

We are looking for a Sales Executive
...to join our Business Development team and drive our expansion into new markets.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on selling into new markets, closing B2B deals, and outpacing the competition in head-to-head opportunities. A self-motivated, results-driven mindset is essential.
Your key responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline that aligns with our business and growth strategy. You will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities by leveraging:
- A proactive and systematic approach to sales
- A strong interest in and understanding of AI/ML technologies
- The ability to navigate and analyze customers’ operating environments
- A collaborative mindset, working closely with other teams to refine processes and enhance the customer experience
With these strengths, you’ll engage the right decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations.
Through solution demonstrations, strategic negotiations, and deal closures, we expect you to achieve approximately €750K in sales in your first year, with a target of €1M in the second year.

We offer a bunch of nice perks and a salary matching your skills, knowledge and experience. Your fixed monthly salary, depending on your experience and competence, is roughly 4000-5000 euros. The sales commission is 4%.

To be successful in this job, you preferably have:
- 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in software or services sales
- A proven track record of owning quarterly targets and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset
- Persistence and resilience, as sales cycles can be long
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Willingness to travel and adapt to multiple time zones—deals of this scale don’t typically close over video calls alone
- A disciplined approach to maintaining and utilizing our Salesforce database and other resources effectively

The starting date is flexible, and the role can be done from anywhere in Finland. Most of your colleagues are based in our Helsinki and Tampere offices, and while remote work is fully supported, visiting the Helsinki office occasionally is considered beneficial—not to mention a great way to connect with the team in person!
